In order to claim on private health you must attend an initial 1:1 pilates appointment with our women's health physio. In this initial appointment we will go through medical history, a postural assessment and discuss your specific goals.
You will then receive your first pilates class free.

Designed for new mums who want to regain strength and bond with their little ones, this gentle yet effective session focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and relieving tension.
Whether you're easing back into fitness or looking for a supportive environment, this class offers the perfect balance of exercise and connection.
These sessions are overseen by a women's health physiotherapist and provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment with likeminded women.

Bring your little one along to our mum's and bubs classes , and our women's health physio will support you as much as she can to ensure you get the most out of your class.

You may attend any group class on the timetable.
Packs can be set up online using the mindbody wwebsite or app.
Available packs have a 3 month expiration.
It is important you cancel out of a class if you can't make it.
This will open up the space for someone else to attend.

Cancellation within 8 hours = full fee
Non attendance = Full fee + $10 fee
